A technologically exciting and intense year is coming to an end. Together with you, we celebrated successful go-lives and moments of shared success. We welcomed new team members and clients and strengthened and expanded existing relationships. Thank you very much for your remarkable cooperation and trust in us, both professionally and personally.
For us, 2023 was marked by deepening our global expansion, and we are proud to offer our services from America to Europe to Asia. In August, the baton for global business was passed from our founder and CEO, Jürgen Biermann, to his successor, Volker Witzel. With Volker, we will continue our global expansion, be one of the innovation drivers to the Identity community, and continue to stand out in operational excellence at all levels.
This year also brought crises, conflicts, terrorist (cyber) attacks, and thus sorrow and suffering to many parts of the world. With massive technological changes like GenAI, we as a society are still at the beginning of a journey and must first understand the possibilities and implications. The risk profile in our world has changed, and classic approaches can only counter the new threat vectors to a limited extent. Digital identity is increasingly coming into focus as the new perimeter of IT security and we recognize this development and are your trusted partner for identity-driven cybersecurity.
